Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, package size, and destination.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, weather, holidays, or other delays outside of our control.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available for select areas around Bellevue / Seattle Eastside.
Delivery availability and fees may vary by distance and order size. If your address qualifies for local delivery, the option will appear at checkout.

Canada Visitors / Cross-Border Pickup
Visiting Seattle from Canada? You’re welcome to place an order ahead of time and choose local pickup in Bellevue, WA.
This can be a convenient option for customers who want access to select U.S.-available pet products that may not be easily found in Canada.
Please note: Customers are responsible for checking and following any applicable customs, import, or border regulations when bringing pet products back to Canada.
Treats & Food Storage
For freeze-dried treats, meal toppers, and natural chews, please store products in a cool, dry place and reseal the package after opening.
Always supervise your dog when feeding chews or new treats, and provide fresh water.
Please refer to the product packaging for brand-specific storage and feeding instructions.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our direct control.
If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help you work with the carrier.
